Acupuncture

Chinese herbs primarily come from natural substances and processed products, including plants, animals, minerals, some chemical and biological product; as well as natural herbs are included, a significant portion are artificially cultivated and produced. Cupping Therapy
Cupping is a traditional Chinese medicine treatment modality. The acupuncturist use fire or vacuum suction to create a negative pressure inside the glass cup(s), which are then applied to the skin's surface. After 5 to 10 minutes, the cups are removed, leaving circular marks on the skin that appear light red or purplish due to the suction and stimulation, which indicates the presence of stagnated blood.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion a therapeutic method in traditional Chinese medicine that involves the use of ignited moxa sticks or cones to apply heat to specific acupuncture points on the body. This technique stimulate the flow of Qi and help regulate disorder physiological functions. It is primarily used for conditions in internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, and otolaryngology. For the general population, moxibustion also serve to strengthen the body and prevent illness, making it a key method for wellness and health maintenance.
Mugwort (the herb used in moxibustion) has various beneficial properties, including warming Yang energy, dispelling cold, relieving wind and dampness, reducing swelling, promoting blood circulation, and unblocking meridians. Therefore, moxibustion can warm and replenish Yang energy, enhancing the body's vitality. This modality not only treat illnesses, but also prevents them, contributing to health maintenance, strengthening the body, and promoting longevity with remarkable effectiveness.
